Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide timely service to all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a $25 Cancellation/No-Show Fee. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file when booking services. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. We understand that emergencies can occur and reserve the right to waive fees on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all clients efficiently.
